June 10th from 7:30-8:30pm
Using embodiment tools and movement invitations, this class will focus on ways to engage our vagus nerve with the aim to move from states of stress and overwhelm to relaxation. We’ll learn a bit about this complex and diverse nerve and play with some tools that we can use in everyday life. The focus will be on our sensory experience and less on viewing the screen.
Create a comfortable place for yourself to experience the class, a small area is sufficient.
